How Diabete Aider built trust online
A respected diabetes practice whose patients found it by word of mouth, with little to show them online. Here's how a clear, informative website, a proper Google profile and solid search foundations changed that.

Diabete Aider is a diabetes practice. Its patients trusted it, and new patients usually arrived through word of mouth: a relative, a neighbour or another doctor recommending it. Online, though, there was little to show anyone who went looking.
For a health practice, that gap matters more than for most businesses. People searching about diabetes care want reassurance before they make a call. This is the story of how we closed that gap, following the same three steps we use for every business: be found, be trusted, be chosen. For a sweet shop's version of the same journey, see how Laxman Bikaner got found online.
The starting point
The practice had a strong reputation offline. But a patient who heard about it and searched online wouldn't find a clear picture of who the practice is, what it offers or how to get in touch. For people managing a long-term condition, choosing a doctor is a careful decision, and that lack of information made it harder.
Step 1: Be found
Google Business Profile
We set up the practice's Google Business Profile, so it appears on Google Search and Maps with the right name, category, contact details and hours. Every detail matches the website exactly. That consistency, known as NAP consistency, helps both patients and Google trust that they've found the right practice.
Search foundations
We laid the search foundations so patients can find the practice. The website has a clean page structure, with clear titles and descriptions on every page, and structured data that tells Google exactly what the practice is. These are the foundations of SEO, helping the practice appear when people search for diabetes care.
Step 2: Be trusted
A clear, informative website
We built a website that does two jobs at once. It introduces the practice clearly, and it helps patients understand their care. For a health practice, being informative is a big part of being trustworthy: patients who understand more feel more confident about who they're choosing.
Fast for every patient
Pages load quickly on any phone, so patients reading about diabetes care aren't kept waiting. That matters on mobile data, and it matters for older patients who may give up on a slow, confusing site. See how a slow website quietly loses customers.
Readable for everyone
Many people living with diabetes are older, and some have changes in their eyesight. Clear contrast and readable text make health information easy to follow for patients of all ages. See website accessibility: why it's good for business.
Secure and private
HTTPS everywhere and no unnecessary plugins, which matters for a health practice. Fewer moving parts mean fewer weak points. See HTTPS and SSL: what the padlock really means.
Step 3: Be chosen
Once patients find the practice and trust what they see, the last step is making it easy to get in touch. The website and the Google profile both lead straight to the practice's contact details, so a patient who's ready can reach out without hunting for a number.
How it's built
The website is built with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, hosted on Hostinger. In plain terms: pages are prepared in advance so they load almost instantly, the code is strictly checked so mistakes are caught before patients see them, and the design is applied consistently across every page. See Next.js explained without the jargon.
The result
Today, patients can learn about the practice, find it on Google and get in touch easily.
The website is also fast and well built. Measured with Google PageSpeed Insights, it scores 97 for Performance and 100 for SEO on mobile, and 92 for Performance and 100 for SEO on desktop, with 96 for Accessibility and 100 for Best Practices on both. (Scores can vary slightly between runs.) Our guide to Google Lighthouse explains what these scores mean, and how to test your website with PageSpeed Insights shows how to check them yourself.
What other practices and service businesses can take from this
- Word of mouth still needs a place to land. When someone recommends you, the next step is a search. Make sure there's something clear to find.
- Being informative builds trust. Explaining what you do and how you help reassures people before they call.
- Make it readable for everyone, especially if many of your clients are older.
- Keep every detail consistent between your Google profile and your website.
- Speed and security aren't extras. They're part of how professional you look.

In short
- Diabete Aider was a respected practice found mainly by word of mouth, with little to show patients online.
- We built a clear, informative website, set up its Google Business Profile and laid the search foundations.
- The site scores 92–97 for Performance and 100 for SEO on PageSpeed Insights, and patients can now find, learn about and contact the practice easily.
